Student Work Permit Guidelines

Any student needing a work permit should do the following:

  1. Pick up the application from the Junior High School Office Secretary.
  2. Take the application home and have parent/guardian fill it out.
  3. Return the form to the Junior High School Office Secretary along with a birth certificate or passport.
  4. The Senior High School Guidance Office Secretary then issues the working paper and returns it to the Junior High School office to be picked up by the student.
